Here are a few tidbits of information you may want to know about browsing homes on these MLS services. The MLS is a service that allows Realtors to share their listings with other real estate agents through a computer network. There are around 40 networks set up through the state of Ohio. Most Agents are a member of one MLS Service, I am a member of 2 seperate services. The MLS services on this website will cover about 61% of homes listed in Pickaway County, and around 95% listed in Ross County. Regardless of what website you go to for "MLS" Searching, you WILL NOT be able to access the MLS service. The TRUE MLS service is open to only those who are REALTORs or REALTOR afilliates. The cost associated with getting on the mls service is around $2000/year , so needless to say, this is the best option.
